UPDATING FIRMWARE ON CINESHOOTER

  1. Download and extract the attached zip file. 
  2. Plug in the power cord for the CineShooter.
  3. Once powered up navigate to WiFi settings menu on the CineShooter and make sure WiFi is disabled.
  4. Plug the USB cord from the computer into the USB C port on the Cineshooter.
  5. Navigate to "Settings"
  6. In "Settings", find and select “Firmware Update”, the controller will display “Firmware Update Ready…”
  7. The CineShooter will show up as a USB device on your computer titled CINESHOOTER
  8. Go to the location where you extracted CineShooter.img
  9. Click and Drag CineShooter.img to the USB device titled CINESHOOTER and release.
  10. The system is now updating. The CineShooter's screen will detail the update process and ask you to reboot.
  11. Select "Reboot". The CineShooter will reboot itself.
  12. As the system restarts, confirm the splash screen shows the new firmware number across the bottom.
