Tom, If using battery power, if the battery gets a low charge, it can cause a motor fault, due to low voltage. If you encounter the same problem while plugged in using AC power, trying plugging the motor (using the same cable) into a different port and see if you get the fault.
If you DO get the same fault, try a different cable.If you do not get the fault with a different cable, the cable may be bad.
If you do NOT get the fault when you move to a different port, there may be an issue with the slider port of your controller and we will need to get it in to review.
