What the best was to get a camera elevated well above a slider so to use an ultra wide angle for push-in shots without showing the slider?

I'm shooting architectural and real-estate video and am wondering the best way to keep the slider out of push-in shots (lens parallel to slider) when I'm shooting at 16mm. According to my estimation, in order to keep a 3ft. slider out of the frame (assuming I'm at the back of the slider) I would need to be about 18in. higher than the slider at 16mm (without camera tilt).
